This is where I waffle about my Neopets. I have far too many.

Alcor

From the Citadel, Alcor dreams of becoming a battledome champion.

However, he's doesn't have the funds to train like a true battledome pet requires. So he's currently working as a bodyguard for the the local wizard (in training), Aldebaran, hoping to eventually save enough to become the battledome celebrity he was born to be!

Aldebaran

Meridell's little magical podigy, Aldebaran is a young wizard's apprentice with a troubled past.

Before he managed to get his apprenticeship, he and his cousins traveled around Neopia in search of knowledge, fame and fortune. During their travels, they joined Castor's pirate crew, shenanigans ensue.

Aldie however has a soft heart and a weak stomach and couldn't handle the lifestyle, so one night, he grabbed his youngest cousin Caellum, they pocketed a lot of the crew's money, and fled back to Meridell.

worried for their safety after betraying the pirates, Aldie uses part of the money to hire Alcor, to make sure him and Caellum are both kept safe. though so far, they haven't encountered any angry pirates trying to kill them...

Caellum

Aldebaran's young cousin, Caellum never really wanted to join the pirates- or to travel, really. He's a very anxious Draik, and the travelling and piracy and crime only served to make his anxiety worse. Now in Meridell, he rarely if ever leaves the house alone. He's afraid of his shadow, and Aldie doesn't know how to help him. He admires Alcor a great deal. Caellum finds him to be brave and cool, and wishes he could be like that. Because of this, he tends to stick closeby quite often. Alcor doesn't mind having a fan, and Aldebaran doesn't have to worry about his safety when they're together, so their odd little arrangement works out quite well.

Orion

A menace. Orion is forced to work as a test subject at the Lab, which he absolutely hates, and takes out his anger in local community often. He's somehow become unlikely friends with Vega, who often ends up cleaning up after his messes. Orion doesn't quite understand why Vega is so nice to him, despite his behavior, but has eventually come to terms with the face that Vega genuinely cares for him, and Orion has found himself begrudgingly caring about him in return. gay gay homosexual gay

Fairy

Fairy is a perfumer from Ferieland who travels neopia in search for ideas and new ingredients for her conccotions. She met Aldebaran during her travels, and the two of them became fast friends. While She's kept traveling and he hasn't, she makes an effort to stop by Meridell often to see her friend and catch up. She's currently however quite busy, as her adoptive sister just sort of dropped a baby on her, rambling about not being cut off to be a mom and not being ready and whatever else. Fairy was extremely confused about the situation, so she didn't argue much, and is now in charge of her little baby nephew Alec.

Alec

Fairy's little Nephew. Alec (Alpha Lacertae) is just a little baby techo who loves plushies and books. He wants to be as well read as his Auntie Fairy and Uncle Aldie someday!

Aventurine

An adventurer and treasure hunter! Aventurine explores Terror Mountain, looking for long lost treasure. He's got it into his head that he'll be the one to get rich off The Snowager's hoard. He hasn't quite managed to sneak past however. hopefully he doesn't get eaten...

Merak

The Brave Pirate Merak! Aldebaran and Caellum's older cousin, Merak has stuck by the pirate crew, and become the second in command. He's quite resentfull of his cousins for abandoning him at the ship. While they did tell him they were planning to leave, and even warn them the night they would, so he could join, he still finds the fact that they left despite him not joining quite hurtful. Despite this resentment however, Merak is the main reason Castor didn't go after the Draiks when they first fled.

Castor

Captain Castor, the terror of the seas! He's an old sea wolf who's been running his ships for decades. Infamous anywhere with a port, Castor has a great reputation. However, his crew has been thinning with the years. Either by death or by quitting, the once great crew of the Constellation is now a handful of trusted few. While Castor intended to start hunting for new members, little Procyon showing up put a sudden halt to his plans. During a routine stop at Krawk island, a little basket was smuggled into the ship by a mystery stowaway, who dissapeared before they could catch them. In the basket, was baby Procyon. Castor, shocked and apalled by getting a baby thrown into his ship, decided to keep it, and raise it as his own.

Antares

The Constellation's crew most loyal member! Antares joined at the very beggining, and has stuck by Castor the entire time. While not the strongest, Antares is a brilliant pirate. Castor's closest confidant and most trusted crewmember, Antares has now been given the very important role of...babysitting Procyon?...

Procyon

Baby. He baby.

Coco

Procyon's best friend. They don't really get to see eachother anymore, since Procyon is now living with Castor and his crew out at sea, but the used to be very close. Little Coco hopes that his best friend will come back soon, so they can play again!

Lady

Coco's...mom? "Lady" lives alone in terror mountain, and has no intention of moving anywhere else. She likes being alone up there with her kid. Unfortunately for her, the kid doesn't, so she's forced to come down to town at least four times a week, so Coco can socialize and pay with his friends. She hates it, but will do anything to make her baby happy.

Casiopeia

Cas is another ex member of the constellation crew. She was very close friends with Aldebaran, both of them enjoying a mutual love for books and learning. The both of them, academic nerds as they are, were the brains of the crew. However, after Aldebaran escaped, Cas decided to leave as well, though far more amicably. She moved to Brightvale, and has become a librarian. While in there, she keeps in contact with Castor. He writes her often, asking for advice and guidance, trusting her knowledge. They remain quite good friends, and she's delighted every time she receives a letter.

Altair

Castor's younger brother. He's just a regular Lupe doing regular Lupe things. for now, anyway.

Jasper

An unasuming statue, hidden somewhere in the beaches of krawk island...

...or is it?

Jasper is a gold loving Gargoyle, who loves to trick greedy pirates into giving her their loot. She pretends to be a magical artifact, holding an ancient map to treasure, that will only open her grip when presented with enough dubloons. It works surprisingly well.

Mizar

Vega's good friend, and a coworker at the soup kitchen, Mizar is a quiet Acara with a mysterious past and motivations. They can't be that bad if she's spending her time volunteering at the soup kitchen though, righ?
